Hello My name is Tiffany Hawkins Berry!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. I have a passion for counseling and enjoy working with people of all ages, helping them navigate through life’s difficult and tough moments.

By being mindful and present with each individual, this helps foster an environment where trust, empathy, compassion and non judgment can cultivate allowing for healing and growth to begin.

I want to help you get to a place of comfort, contentment, and peace. I go into the therapeutic process with the understanding that each individual has their own unique experience, but the overall goal is the same, to help diminish obstacles that cause strain, stress, and limits on your relationships, self growth, intimacy and happiness and  supporting you to a place that helps you positively and peacefully transcend in life.

By fully listening, in the moment, with mindfulness, the hope is to help you transcend to a place of healing, growth, and wholeness.

I’ve journeyed through my own path of emotional healing and self growth, allowing me to understand first hand how life stressors can cause significant strain on relationships, overall mental, physical, and emotional, limiting growth and leaving you in a place of feeling stuck. This also allows me to understand how the therapeutic process can aid in overcoming life challenges and help promote a overall sense of wellbeing.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and received a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University.

I have completed special training in play therapy, am a certified registered play therapist, and served as board member for the Oklahoma Play Therapy Association 2017-2019.

I have experience working in a number of settings that include schools, community mental health, inpatient care and day treatment care facilities, hospital settings, educational research, adjunct faculty, and private practice.
